1.在系统最高管理员用户下，控制面板——管理工具——服务——windows installer，启动类型由手动改为自动。
2.一、开始-->运行,输入: msiexec /unreg -->OK
二、再次-->开始-->运行,输入: msiexec /regserver -->OK
三、再重新安装！

使用微软的Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
Windows Installer Cleanup Utility（Windows Installer 清除工具）。有了Windows Installer CleanUp Utility，您可以轻而易举地删除某个程序地Windows Installer配置信息。如果您在安装程序的时候遇到了Windows Installer方面的问题，不妨试试用它删掉以前程序的安装信息后再试。
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility不含有以下功能：
- 删除Windows Installer本身。
- 卸载由Windows Installer安装的任何程序或文件，比如Office 2003。
